DAP Human Resources is a division of PT Donata Agung Perkasa, a Human Resources Consultant firm. Currently we are helping our client, a Company in Telecommunication industry to recruit the best talented people to be position as:
HR & GA MANAGER (Code: HR&GA-MGR)
- S1 degree in Psychology, or Management, max. Age 40 years old.
- At least 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager or working as a member of the management team.
- Assist the management in the areas of recruitment, selection, organization development, counseling, training & development and General Affairs.
- Manage the benefits & compensations system.
- Maintain good industrial relationship.
- Experienced in giving / delivering the trainings (soft-skills / hard skills)
- Handling office and branches maintenance.
- Liaison with government officers.
- Strong business acumen, hardworking, willing to travel extensively and eager to meet challenges.
